These pendants are made to order, so please allow around 2-3 weeks for manufacturing. Your ICECARTEL custom letter pendant ships insured directly to your doorstep and requires your signature upon delivery.
Ordering Process:
1. Choose the size & color of your pendant
2. Upload your image
3. Design Confirmation: Within 24-48 hours, we'll email you a 3D Mockup (CAD) of your pendant. You can make unlimited revisions until satisfied.
4. Manufacturing: After you approve the design, our team starts crafting your custom pendant.
5. Progress Updates: We will keep you informed with photos and videos during the manufacturing process (upon request).
6. Shipping: Once complete, your pendant is shipped and delivered within 4 business days.
